Refresher Class.

  • The refresher class is for you If you have attended hypnobirthing classes before. This is an opportunity to refresh yourselves with the techniques and remove any fears and anxieties that you may have leading up this birth.

    The refresher course is run privately over the course of 3 hours in the comfort of your own home.

    Also includes:

    • A gift bag on arrival including some goodies to add to your labour and birth toolkit as well as a list of prenatal and postnatal services/resources in your area

    • Access to email me with any questions and support in the lead up to your birthing day

    Course investment $330 (inc GST) per couple.

  • The Hypnobirthing Australia ‘Positive Birth Program’ refresher course is taught over 3 hours and includes:

    • Review previous birth experience/s

    • Birth video

    • Our toolkit of techniques

    • Breathing

    • Visualisations

    • Deepening Techniques

    • Birthing Preferences & Reminders

    • Birth Partner’s Role

    • Fear Release/Rehearsal for Birth

  • The full course fee is due 10 days prior to the course commencement. In the circumstance where you are unable to attend the course, you are entitled to a refund (minus the non-refundable deposit) or you have the option to change to a later course date. All changes must be made in writing by emailing laura.headhearthome@gmail.com.
